China's employee benefits system is still underdeveloped, with a majority of employees hoping to see improvements in their packages, a research report said on Wednesday.

周三發(fā)布的一份研究報(bào)告指出，中國員工福利保障體系仍未全面發(fā)展，大部分員工都希望福利保障有所提升。

Employee benefits system就是“員工福利保障體系”，指企業(yè)為員工提供的各類benefits package（福利項(xiàng)目），包括五險(xiǎn)一金：養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)（endowment insurance）、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)（medical insurance）、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)（unemployment insurance）、工傷保險(xiǎn)（employment injury insurance）和生育保險(xiǎn)（maternity insurance），及住房公積金（Housing Provident Fund）；補(bǔ)充商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)（supplementary commercial insurance），帶薪年假（paid annual leave）等。

該報(bào)告顯示，金融業(yè)（financial industry）員工福利最好，外資企業(yè)（foreign-funded companies）員工福利保障體系最佳。
